Group Workshops

In group counselling, a group of people gather together to discuss specific issues (e.g., stress, anxiety, etc.) and explore helpful strategies under the guidance of a professionally trained counsellor or psychologist. Benefits of group counselling include:

The main idea behind group counselling is to create a safe environment where people can talk comfortably about their personal struggles and know that they are not alone. Additionally, group counselling may be especially beneficial for students who are studying abroad and may not be able to disclose their personal struggles to family members and friends.
